On Tuesday 21. August we were making Avatars with app Woki. It is easy and friendly app and fun to create. Pupils in the classroom will love to play with that. 

Avatar is an icon or figure representing a particular person in a computer game, Internet forum, etc. It represents ourselves or representation of someone we fancy. We hide identity of ourself on the web for virtual identification.

​After introduction of Avatars each student in the class make some Avatar for a fun.

On the evening we have a school trip to Valletta. It is a capital city of Malta. 

Starting my course TEL in Malta

On Monday 20. August 2018 I started the ICT TEL course in Malta. There are primary and secondary teachers from all over the Europe. 

Firstly we introduced our selves to the class and afterwards we talked about our intention as English and computer science teachers. In addition we made a reflection about our goals for the next two weeks.

First we talk about GoogleApps (Gmail, GoogleDrive, GoogleDoc) for what are apps useful. 

After that we talk about Blogger for what is useful and how to make it (how to put pictures, videos inside...). With all of this informations and tutorials each person in the class made one for himself.  

In the evening we visit a bay in the St. Julians area called Balluna bay. It is nice small beach.  It is rocky or sandy.
